Beacon SW

Big news! Beacon SW Opens behind the South Side Community Coalition

A crowdfunding campaign launched today to help add additional amenities to the park.
Supporters aim to raise $50,000 through the Patronicity crowdfunding platform to build a KaBOOM playground, a half mile walking path and landscaping around the property.

If the campaign is successful it would trigger a $50,000 matching grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
