The street conversions will impact the CATA bus service, which has been accounted for in planning this project. After conversion is complete, CATA may consider relocating bus routes to adjacent streets based on new traffic patterns, efficient routing and conflicts with the bike network. The map below highlights high ridership downtown bus stops that would be the most impacted by future route changes. The ridership bubbles on the map are the weekday average of the sum or boards (riders entering the bus) and alights (riders exiting the bus) for each stop.
